1Pharmacy cares about your privacy with utmost attention.

Here, we talk about when, how and why do we collect user information. This includes personal as well as behavioural information. We also talk about how we use such information and the scenarios where we may disclose such information to others.

1. Profile Details

On 1Pharmacy website and mobile app, one can signup via email address, mobile number. User login is via OTP shared via SMS/Email. We do not collect/store passwords for any of the users. Each user also fills personal details like official name, mobile number, email address, drug license number, GST number, shop address, preferences. Currently, nothing can be publicly viewed by others on 1Pharmacy website or open internet. We may email our users from time to time depending on the usage patterns and to send you updates. We don’t believe in sharing or selling database with any 3rd party organization. You define who we are and we care the most about your privacy.

2. Information Collection Practices

1. Types of Information Collected
   1. Traffic Data: We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our Site:
      • IP addresses
      • Domain servers
      • Types of web browsers used to access the Site (collectively “Traffic Data”).
        Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site.

   4. Information Retention Policy: Personal Information will only be retained by company for as long as necessary to provide you with Services. Company™s billing options for non-free plans provide for periodic billing, and Company may retain your Financial Data for that purpose.
   5. Location information: Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your real time information, or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address
   6. Audio information: Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may ask you for the permission to record the audio.
   7. WiFi information: Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may ask you for the permission to scan and access the device’s WiFi.
   8. Usage and Preference Information: We collect information as to how you interact with our Services, c expressed and settings chosen. 1Pharmacy Platform, which may collect user activity and browsing history within the 1Pharmacy Platform.

Device Information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access our Services, including the hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information and mobile network information. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of the 1Pharmacy Platform.
   10. Stored information and files: 1Pharmacy mobile application (1Pharmacy app) may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, WiFi information, personal contacts and address book information. If you permit the 1Pharmacy app to access the address book on your device, we may collect names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our services and for other purposes described in this Policy or at the time of consent or collection.

3. Our Use of Your Information

Any of the personal information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To process transactions – (your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the services requested) To improve our website – (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you) To improve customer service – (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs) To send periodic newsletters or other promotional emails may be sent to you from us. Users have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and at their sole discretion. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

We do not buy/sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

1Pharmacy use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Payment and accounts information

1Pharmacy uses third party as our payment service provider of choice to process all payments. As a result, 1Pharmacy is not responsible for the security of your related banking details. 1Pharmacy does not retain any user banking information on any of our servers.

6. Updates and Changes to Policy

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. If we materially change the ways in which we use and disclose personal data, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page, and send a notification email to our registered users. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

7. Information we receive from other sources

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as other users, partners (including analytics providers), or our affiliated companies or if you use any of the other websites/apps we operate or the other Services we provide. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
